The view was good, the service was excellent. The staff was ready to assist, very, very nice and welcoming people. It had a marvellous and lovely location just next door to the attractions of Lourdes, and grotto, museums and Chateau fort.

The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and shops. Another positive aspect was the friendly staff, always happy to help. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the bathroom floor and bathtub were dangerously slippery, leading to a fall on my first evening.
